Late Summer/Autumn Rates: September 6 – October 11, 2010(Scroll down for rates and accommodation descriptions) YOUR RATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES & SERVICES: - A 5-to-15 minute walk to the beach — depending on Home type and location
- Tennis Club with Pro and staff, offering 6 Har-Tru and 2 paved courts, racquets & balls (until Sunday, September 12th)

Mattakesett homes are privately owned; rated "Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold"; and are priced accordingly. Most homes are cooled by the the naturally gentle, southerly sea breezes, some have air conditioning. They are also cleaned upon arrival and departure. All homes have decks and private grills for laid-back barbecues. Most homes have high-speed Internet service. Mattakesett Townhouses and Private Homes have check-ins on the following days: Townhouses — Tues/Wed/Thurs; Bay Homes — Mon; Ocean Homes — Tues; Katama Homes — Wed; and South Beach Homes — Fri. Late Summer/Autumn Restaurant Offerings (Optional)- Breakfast — An optional daily breakfast buffet is available at Lure Grill Restaurant. Adults: $18.00; Children: $12:00. (Breakfast is offered daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
- General Store — Open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily. (Assorted groceries, staples, and deli sandwiches)
- Lure Grill Restaurant at the Winnetu Hotel — Dinner served Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. — from September 6th to October 2nd*. Dinner is offered Thursday through Saturday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. — from October 3rd to October 23rd. (Note: Also open for dinner on Sunday of Columbus Day Weekend — October 10, 2010)
 - Lure Grill Lounge at the Winnetu Hotel — "Menu After-Hours" (light bites, appetizers, and cocktails) available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday (from September 6th – October 2nd), and Thursday to Saturday (from October 3rd to October 23rd)
*Dining Note: Lure Grill is fully committed on the following 2010 dates and will be closed for dinner: Saturday, September 18th; and Saturday, September 25th.
