Mattakesett homes are privately owned; rated "Bronze, Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold"; and are priced accordingly. Most homes are cooled by the the naturally gentle, southerly sea breezes, some have air conditioning. They are also cleaned upon arrival and departure. All homes have decks and private grills for laid-back barbecues. Most homes have high-speed Internet service. Mattakesett Townhouses and Private Homes have check-ins on the following days: Townhouses — Tues/Wed/Thurs; Bay Homes — Mon; and Single-Family Homes — Fri. - Lure Grill Restaurant at the Winnetu Hotel — Dinner served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m, Wednesday through Saturday from May 28th to June 11th*. Children's Menu always available
- Lure Grill Lounge at the Winnetu Hotel — "Menu After-Hours" (light bites, appetizers, and cocktails) available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday (from May 28th to June 11th)
*Dining Note: Lure Grill is fully committed on the following 2010 dates and will be closed for dinner: Sunday, May 30th; and Saturday, June 5th.
